I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The ICE event was breathtaking, and the spacious atrium really stood out. However, the check-in process and some interactions with the staff were disappointing, and the room cleanliness left much to be desired. While there were plenty of activities available, I couldn't shake the feeling that the overall service could use significant improvement.
